1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the jpya9 platform and all associated services. jpya9 is an online betting and casino service provider that offers digital entertainment services to users in Bangladesh.

3. Account Registration

Registering with jpya9 is a simple and quick process. Users must provide accurate personal information at the time of registration.

• Active mobile number
• Date of birth
• Preferred password

3.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

3.3 Updating Your Information

If any of your account details change, please notify the jpya9 support team immediately. jpya9 will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.

4. Account Security

Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility.

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, always log out at the end of your session.
• If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

jpya9 will not be liable for any loss caused by third-party access, unless it is proven that the fault lies with the platform.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into jpya9:

• Nagad — Mobile financial service by the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Payments from third parties are not accepted, and if such a deposit is flagged as suspicious, the user's account may be subject to investigation.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that the relevant wagering requirements on your account have been met. Otherwise, the request may be rejected.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

jpya9 is committed to preventing money laundering. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, the relevant account will be suspended and the matter will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳24,000

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. This condition applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount.

6.3 Bonus Terms

• Each user is entitled to one welcome bonus only.
• The bonus applies only to deposits made with real money.
• Wagering requirements also apply to jackpots or large wins earned using a bonus.
• If any fraud or breach of terms is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
• jpya9 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Betting Decisions

Before finalising any bet, verify all information carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a specific cash-out or cancellation feature applies.

jpya9 ensures impartiality and fair play across all games. The outcome of every game is determined in a completely unbiased manner through a Random Number Generator (RNG) system.

7.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted or completed incorrectly due to a technical error, jpya9 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the staked amount. Incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a technical error may be corrected by jpya9.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets or playing games using any software or automation tool.
• Following artificial or structured betting patterns with the intent of meeting wagering requirements.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Intentionally exploiting any error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts by providing false information.
• Using a third-party payment method.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by jpya9

jpya9 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of terms.
• Incomplete identity verification process.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Order from a court or authority.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by emailing the support team. Before requesting account closure, ensure that all active bets have been settled and any withdrawable balance has been withdrawn.

10. Responsible Gaming
